Yep, when nothing works, what do you do? First, I have asked Techsmith for a refund, Camtasia Studio 5.1 is not working at all in Vista under Parallels. I will go with a MacOSX product instead. It will be native at least, no extra layers to cause troubles.

Second, the docking library from AutomatedQA is not working with my project, it re-creates all children controls handles everytime the docking panel is resized. This simply doesn’t work with PIDE 2.0. I might have to ask for a refund from them too. Crap.

Now, where the hell am I going to find a docking panel system for Delphi? If you guys know of any that is working great, please let me know.

PPL 1.52 will be delayed until tomorrow most probably. I have fixed some more issues today, nothing big but more is better I believe. My main priority is PPL 2.0, so I have to fix the docking issues first.

Well, Parallels for Desktop (latest version) is not working well without full hardware acceleration in Vista. Since I use this VM (Virtual Machine) to do development 95% of the time, I cannot have two cursors at the same time on the screen.

Camtasia Studio will not show previews but at least the result videos are all working good.

Tonight, I will be working on a introducary video for PPL 2.0, my spoken English is not top notch, I am afraid it won’t sound much professional. I will give it a try and you guys can let me know if it is worth continuing this way or not.
