Financial problems

October 3rd, 2008 | Tags: , ,

Very sad news today. I have bad financial problems that put the future of ArianeSoft in jeopardy. I am so close to my goal of releasing PPL 2.0, I hope that things will work out for me. It is a labor of love. Hopefully the web site arianesoft.ca will stay alive for some time. That is how bad it is right now.

And those stupid people at AutomatedQA don’t want to refund my money, like I needed this.

I will have to check with the bank where my house morgage is to see with them if I can get additional money from it.

This is terrible….no…..devastating news for myself and safe to say the whole ppl community. I am far from a rich man, but if you were to set up an email adddress where paypal donations could be sent then I and I would hope some others could perhaps send some donations (whatever size) to assist. Please let us know.

I appreciate the help. I might be able to find a way to survive until PPL 2.0’s development is over. I will let you know next week since I have to act fast.

Alain… I would be happy to buy PPL 2.0 before it is ready to shipping… PrePublishing promotions are not unheard of in the industry and it shifts the risk from you to us in exchange for a slightly discounted price… for example if you were to sell 2.0 professional for $149.95 (US) you could pre-pub it for $119.95… Regardless of what nyou decide I would like to help… I echo the paypal comment above… set something up and I will help.

    Blessing my friend!

Alain, I’m not currently a PPL 1.X user but I follow the development since the start, as I’m a mobile developer here in Brazil. I’m also interested in the v2, as it seems the tool is much more interesting for the comments I read in your website. I’m also interested in a pre-order or maybe a PayPal funding if you need it. We are all small, I perfectly understand the difficulties involved.

Alain, that is very bad news indeed. As all the guys above stated, there might be quit a few people willing to help. The pre-pub subscription seems to be a good idea to ship around the worst financial hardships. But in any way, don’t let all your hard work disappear into nothing!

Thank you very much guys, I really appreciate. The pre-registration seems to be a good idea. For now all the money I can get to at least pay my debts to keep working on ArianeSoft will be a HUGE help.
